LYDIA horler
Lydia is the founder
and director of LHRehab.
She loves helping those who are new to sport
or are reintroducing fitness into their lives.

Ben Horler
This is my husband Ben.
He doesn't actually
do much but I didn't want him to be left out ;)

Fred Horler
Fred is our trusty office companion. Although he does not venture out to the clinic a few special clients get to say hello!
Our job is to treat any injuries, aches or pains
that you may have obtained from
sport, exercise or daily living.
We treat from the offset,
until you are back playing that sport you love,
running that marathon, or until that annoying niggle that you felt
every day has been reduced.
We look at the whole picture and treat the source of the pain,
not just the symptoms.
Our aim is to prevent injuries, as well as helping those injured
return to their full capabilities.
We treat a variety of people and feel the same sense of achievement when our older clients gain the ability to live with less pain, as we do when we get athletes back to their full potential.
A word from Lydia...
“The reason I chose a degree in Sports Rehabilitation stemmed from the need to help others.
A little personal background - my father was involved in a nasty car accident and the stories I heard from his rehab really inspired me. He shouldn't be able to walk or talk - which he can perfectly, however he always complained that nobody helped him get back to playing football. Which is where sport rehabilitators come in - we take you that step further.
I set up LHRehab in order to help anyone suffering and not only aim to return them to a pain-free lifestyle but all the way to their chosen sport or hobby.”
Thanks Dad!
