*NEW* LHrehab COVID-19 Client Policy

CLIENT POLICY:

We would like to inform our clients that we have reopened our practice to offer a limited service however, to operate safely we have implemented certain procedures and hygiene measures.

These are to protect both ourselves and you, and include the following:

Clients:

- Clients must be free of symptoms (You will receive a phone call the day before your appointment to run through a COVID-19 screening)

- Clients must wear a face mask due to being unable to distance – Disposable ones will be provided or feel free to wear your own

- Sanitise your hands-on arrival

- Sign consent forms & declaration

- Bring minimal belongings to reduce infection risk.

- If you begin to feel unwell before your appointment/on the day of your appointment, DO NOT come to the clinic, let us know and we can reschedule your session.

- If you are shielding due to being high risk – unfortunately we cannot see you at this point in time.

Therapist:

- All gates and doors will be open upon arrival to reduce the need for touching handles.

- Face mask, shield, apron, and gloves will be worn and either changed or disinfected between each client.

- Everything touched by either client or therapist will be disinfected – Couch, door handles, examination, treatment & rehabilitation equipment.

- A gap of 30 mins will be left in between clients for a deeper clean.

Before arriving please read the below guidance:

· Before your appointment you will receive a quick phone call for a COVID-19 screen & will also have to sign a consent & declaration on arrival.

· Please arrive on time for your appointment and no earlier than 5 minutes to prevent any crossovers of other therapists/ clients.

· Currently face masks must be worn.

· Payments will be taken only via Bank transfer or Card.

Changes to how we operate:

Along with the Covid-19 screening, if you are a new client OR you have sustained a new injury your consultation will need to be completed virtually. This enables me to plan your treatment ahead, allowing less time hands-on and ensuring you gain the best treatment possible.
